Pricing Guide
We are a Private Pay /Cash practice.
We define “private pay” so it’s clear to patients up front:
Private pay means you pay for services directly, out-of-pocket, at the time of your visit or through an agreed payment method. Insurance companies are not billed for services we provide, even if you have coverage. You may choose to use your insurance independently after receiving services (e.g., for reimbursement), but we will not bill them on your behalf.
Why We Don’t Take Insurance
Many patients ask why we operate as a private-pay / cash-pay practice instead of billing insurance. Here’s how we explain it:
We chose private-pay so we can focus on personalized care and transparency.
Accepting insurance would require us to dramatically limit visit length and restrict care recommendations by denying coverage for services the insurance companies don't deem medically necessary.
By offering direct payments, we are able to:
- spend more time with each patient,
- tailor care to your unique health needs,
- avoid delayed approvals or denials from insurers, and
- keep your medical decisions centered on your health rather than insurance rules.

Activate - Comprehensive new patient package $1500.
Get answers and a path towards vitality and your major health goals; be they better sleep, sharper focus, a more healthy weight, improved digestion, reversing hair loss, or resolving aches and pains. To accomplish this we use a high touch one on one approach, including:
a 2 visit complete hormone history assessment and analysis. We'll look deep into your history to discover the triggers for your recent difficulties.
A complete records assessment- full analysis of your latest labs and test results going back 3 years or more if needed
Comprehensive lab ordering - not just thyroid, but anything that looks important to get you the best possible results.
Supplements and medications review - we frequently find that optimization of supplements gives added energy benefit, and can eliminate many drugs that are merely treating symptoms of the underlying hormone imbalance.
A stepwise plan - to optimize hormones using not only lifestyle interventions, but select hormone replacement and balancing when needed.
Phase 1- Activate is most useful if followed by a comprehensive implementation and maintenance plan.
The Activate package includes 2 visits. Both visits are required for a complete evaluation and plan, and must be used within 60 days of one another. Failure to use the second visit within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the second visit.
Accelerate - 6 month rapid recovery membership package $2300.00

One on one coaching for hormone optimization. Accelerate your recovery with 6 months of continued high touch one on one access.
Phase 2- Accelerate
- a 6 month stepwise layering of new plans, new techniques, adjusting and adding hormones if needed.
- Frequent contact directly with me, through portal messages, private direct SMS, phone calls, virtual or in person visits, for progress updates, plan tweaks and direct communication with your care team as needed.
- Eating plan review and recommendations to optimize for achieving goals.
- Additional lab ordering when indicated. Most people find they can use their insurance for lab ordering. In select cases, our Labcorp client account will offer steep discounts over insurance or direct to consumer lab rates, particularly if a deductible has not been met or insurance does not cover the recommended tests
- Access to discounted supplements through our Fullscripts account or direct ordering.
Further maintenance membership plans are available after the initial 6 month phase is complete.

Good Faith Estimates
Because we do not file or accept insurance, federal rules allow you to request a Good Faith Estimate — a written breakdown of expected charges before you receive care.
Under U.S. regulations, if you aren’t using insurance, you can ask us for a Good Faith Estimate of your total expected charges at least 3 business days before care. This helps you plan and avoid surprises. If your final bill ends up significantly higher without explanation, you may have the right to dispute it.
Use of Paid Courses, Programs, and Associated Material
The Company from time-to-time provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale on our sister site Thyroidclarity.com. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.
By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.
By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses.
Cancellation Of Subscriptions
Certain of the Company’s products and services are offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly or yearly subscription. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing [email protected]
Your subscription shall continue until the end of the subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged after a cancellation.
Payment Policy
Payments for services may be made through this website or through our Electronic Medical Records Portal using a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in your individual service agreement or client contract. We do not refund personal medical services.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Website is offered. The most current version of the Pricing Guide will supersede all previous versions. The Company encourages you to periodically review the Guide to stay informed of our updates.
